How long is the best time to practice yoga in a day


It is best to practice yoga for about one hour a day. If you don't have time, you can practice for half an hour a day, but not more than 3 hours a day, because if you practice for too long, it won't do your body any good, but it will lead to excessive stretching of muscles and ligaments, resulting in muscle strain and so on, making your body easily fatigued and affecting your normal life and work. If you don't have time, insisting on practicing for 10 minutes every day is better than practicing once a week for two hours at a time.
